Returns & Refunds

We want customers to receive the correct product in good condition. Because towels and nightwear are hygiene-sensitive categories, returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in original packaging with tags where applicable.

Return window

Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Share the order number and clear photos if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable cases

Used, washed, altered, stained or hygiene-compromised products cannot be accepted. Return eligibility is subject to the hygiene and condition requirements stated on this page.

Refund timing

Approved refunds should be processed to the original payment method or agreed alternative after the return is inspected.
